Here is the page dedicated to the most frequently asked questions. You’ll find answers to the most common inquiries to help you better understand our services before starting your project. 

  • The creation timeline depends mainly on how quickly you provide the necessary information (texts, photos, guidelines) and on the scope of the project. For those who have chosen the Full Collaboration package, it also depends on your availability to review and approve each step.

    Our fully custom websites are generally delivered within 3 to 5 weeks when all content is provided promptly and communication is smooth. Delays in response can extend the overall timeline, as each day of waiting adds directly to the project’s duration.

  • Yes. A 50% deposit of the total project cost is required to reserve your spot in our schedule and confirm the start of the work. This deposit also serves as a guarantee of your commitment and allows us to plan the project with confidence. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the project, before the official transfer of ownership.

  • In addition to our design fees, you should plan for two additional essential costs:

    • A monthly package (chosen together according to your needs), necessary for the hosting and proper functioning of your site.

    • Your custom domain (.com, .ca) , which you must purchase directly because it is linked to your personal information and must be paid for with your own payment method. We guide you through each step to choose, purchase, and configure it correctly.

     

    **These fees are mandatory for your site to be live and functional, but they are entirely managed and paid by you directly to the platform.**

  • ​We can handle the copywriting for your texts and help you select high-quality photos (or arrange a photoshoot with our photography division, “Flor’Elle Boudoir”). These services incur additional fees. You may also provide your own content if you prefer. 

  • Absolutely! Every website we create is fully designed in three distinct versions — desktop, tablet, and mobile. We personally ensure that each version is perfectly adapted and visually consistent to deliver an optimal experience across all devices.

  • Cancellations can be made at any time, but the 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers the time already invested in the project. If the project is already well underway or completed at the time of cancellation, the final payment will still be required as it covers the work completed. If we have just started, only the deposit fee is due.

  • At launch, we guide you step by step through publishing your website. It is essential that you are at a computer on launch day, as we complete the process together remotely (by phone) to ensure everything is done thoroughly and without errors.

  • Yes, modifications can be made after launch. However, they are billed separately based on the time or type of work required, as they are no longer included in the initial package.

  • Yes, absolutely! A website generally requires a minimum of 1 to 2 technical maintenances per year to stay compatible with platform updates and ensure proper functionality.

    If these maintenances are not performed, your site may experience performance or compatibility issues. We therefore strongly recommend scheduling at least one maintenance per year.
